EFT involves tapping (or simply holding) on specific acupressure points to clear negative emotions, thoughts or patterns. Our body is made of energy pathways (called “meridians”). Similar to blood vessels, when the meridians are clogged with negative emotions, it creates problems such as stress, anxiety, chronic pain, etc...

By tapping on those specific acupressure points with an intention to clear an emotional block or pattern, we release the blocks that hold us hostage to our past.
