About Plenitude

If you're looking for full body-mind-spirit well-being, you've come to the right place. My main focus is to provide balance of the body, mind and spirit through various healing modalities.

My focus is to provide you with balance and well-being at the physical, emotional and energy levels of the body.

The body is not separate from the mind or the spirit; they are aspects of our whole being. Therefore, healing needs to address all aspects of the being. I incorporate various holistic healing therapies to help balance the emotional, physical and energy aspects of your body. My services are integrative, meaning they may include more than one modality within the same session in order to address all aspects of your body-mind-spirit.

For more information on the Lifewave Phototherapy patches or to give them a try, please contact me. I can determine which patches would be the most appropriate for you through muscle testing (can be done online or in person). I can also provide you with a small number of patches so that you can give it a try (for a small fee).

How It Works
